Soon, probably iTunes will become the default media player, everywhere! The Apple¡¯s media player has confirmed to deploy iTunes app into Symbian platform. This is definitely a strategic move since Symbian S60 is embedded in more than 80 million units worldwide!

This Symbian¡¯s iTunes wil have same functionality as its desktop version, including access to iTunes Store. The application also has new feature, codenamed ¡°HypnoBreathe¡±, which is claimed to significantly enhanced user¡¯s music experience. The S60 player also can control music playing by iTunes in PC or Mac via WiFi.

There is no official announcement yet from Apple about this. It is predicted to be fully unveiled next January 2009, yet some pictures has been leaked in the net.
